Cydweithio brings together public sector and third sector professionals across Wales who are involved in procurement, commercial activity and contract management.
Facilitated by Cyd, Cydweithio provides a collaborative space where members can share knowledge, exchange experience, discuss common challenges and learn from one another. Through networking, events, resources and Communities of Interest, members can access practical support, develop their skills and contribute to improving procurement and contract management practice across Wales.
What is Cydweithio?
Cydweithio is a practitioner-led network facilitated by Cyd to support peer learning, knowledge sharing and collaboration across Wales. Members can connect with colleagues from different organisations, participate in discussions and events, access practical resources, and help shape future community activity.
Alongside the wider Community of Practice, members can join Communities of Interest focused on specific themes and areas of practice, such as procurement reform, contract management, social value, decarbonisation and digital procurement. These communities will evolve over time in response to member interests, emerging priorities and developments across the profession.

How to Join?
Membership is open to individuals working within the Welsh public sector or third sector who are involved in public procurement, commercial activity, commissioning, purchasing, supplier management, contract management or related disciplines.
Whether procurement is your primary role or forms part of your wider responsibilities, Cydweithio provides opportunities to connect with peers, access practical support and contribute to the development of procurement and contract management practice across Wales.
