Cydweithio: Connecting Procurement and Commercial Across Wales

Registration is now open for Cydweithio, the new Procurement and Commercial Community of Practice bringing together professionals from across the public sector and third sectors in Wales. Launching today Cydweithio (Working Together) is delivered by Cyd and shaped by the community, creating opportunities share knowledge, collaborate on common challenges, develop capability and improve procurement outcomes.

Created in response to feedback from the Welsh public sector procurement community, Cydweithio will provide opportunities for members to connect with peers, share experiences, learn from good practice and access practical resources that support day-to-day delivery. The Community of Practice will complement existing networks, training and guidance by creating a space for ongoing collaboration, knowledge sharing and peer support.

As part of the Community of Practice, members will be able to participate in Communities of Interest focused on specialist topics based on community priorities. These communities will evolve over time, ensuring activity remains relevant to the needs of members and the wider procurement profession in Wales.

Who is it for?

Membership is open to individuals working within the Welsh public sector or third sector who are involved in public procurement, commercial activity, commissioning, purchasing, supplier management, contract management or related disciplines

When registering, members can share their areas of interest to help inform future community priorities.
