Join Corbett Phillips from Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) in a Masterclass on Category Management.

GCF are privileged to collaborate with a dedicated network of contracting authorities within the CCIAF, who are instrumental in identifying crucial opportunities for capability enhancement.

Recognising the significant potential for advancement in this domain, GCF have organised this event featuring expert-led speakers, aimed at deepening understanding and refining skills in Category Management.

Given the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs’ exemplary “Best” category score in the CCIAF for this Practice Area, GCF have extended an invitation for them to share insights into their successful methodologies and processes.

This Masterclass pertains to Practice Area 6.1 “Delivering Category and Market Strategies” of the Commercial Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework (CCIAF).
