The monthly Government Commercial Function’s good practice workshop for MAY will look at contract assurance, and feature a case study from Parliament UK on their approach

 Theme: Contract Assurance

 This month’s good practice workshop will focus upon contract assurance. Join the session for a comprehensive case study session and presentation from Alice Annis, Deputy Director, and Head of Contract Management at Parliament UK.

In a ‘case study’ style insight, Alice will set out Parliament UK’s approach towards contract assurance, and will cover operational contract management, risk, assurance, and governance.

The session will then open into a forum on contract assurance approaches.

As usual, the session will feature:

• open forum
• the wider “problem corner” general support facility.
