Come and join the discussion. A big impact can be made through incremental change. This session focuses upon the practicalities, and features shared experience of local authorities and the housing sector in how a phased approach can secure lasting and impactful change in how contracts are managed.

This includes the roll-out of approaches and techniques that strive to create consistency in contract management within a range of diverse service areas.

This session will also include insights from councils involved in the Contract Management Pioneer Programme supported by the Government Commercial Agency and delivered by Local Partnerships – with over 100 councils now part of the programme.
