Social Value: Exploring the Welsh TOMs
As part of Cydweithio, Cyd’s Community of Practice, we are pleased to invite members to the first Social Value Community of Practice session, focused on Social Value and the practical application of the Welsh Themes, Outcome and Measures framework (TOMs).
The session will provide an opportunity for members to explore the Welsh TOMs framework and its role in supporting the delivery and measurement of Social Value outcomes. Members will hear directly from Paul Griffiths, Welsh Government’s Joint Head of Procurement Delivery, who will provide an overview of the framework and a demonstration of how it can be used in practice. Attendees will also benefit from case study presentations showcasing how organisations are using the Welsh TOMs, including practical insights and lessons learned from implementation.
The session will provide an opportunity for community members to ask questions, share experiences and discuss common challenges associated with delivering and measuring Social Value outcomes. Through these discussions, attendees will be able to learn from peers and explore approaches being adopted across Wales.
Community members will also have the opportunity to provide feedback on future areas of interest, helping to shape future Cydweithio activities and resources and ensuring support continues to reflect the needs of the community.
